Who
ARC PERFORMANCE INC, a Florida corporation, Miami, Florida. support@arcperform.com. 2100 SW 8th St, Apt 343, Miami, FL 33135.
What consumer health data Arc collects
- Health screen answers, including heart conditions, chest pain, dizziness, chronic conditions, medication, joint problems, medically supervised activity, and pregnancy or recent birth.
- Injury history, pain ratings, medical notes and the morning check-in.
- Body weight, height, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, VO2 max and body composition, typed by you or read from Garmin, Strava or Apple Health.
- Training sessions, effort ratings and results.
Where it comes from
You, and the services you choose to connect (Garmin, Strava, Apple Health).
Why Arc uses it
To write and adjust your program, to keep you safe (the health screen), to show your progress, and to keep the records needed for legal and safety reasons. Never for advertising. Arc does not sell consumer health data and uses no geofence.
Who it is shared with
- Anthropic, to help draft your program: your training profile, including injury history and medical notes. Never your Apple Health readings.
- Google Cloud, which hosts Arc's servers and backups.
- Apple, Google or Mozilla, when Arc sends a notification to your phone or browser. The notification never carries your health data.
- The Architect, the person who writes your block.
- Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Your consent
Arc asks for your consent to collect consumer health data, and separately to share it with the services above, in their own boxes at sign-up, apart from the terms. You can withdraw either at any time by emailing support@arcperform.com or deleting your account. Without them, Arc cannot write your program.
Your rights
You can ask Arc to confirm whether it holds your consumer health data, to see it and the list of everyone it was shared with, to stop collecting or sharing it, and to delete it. Email support@arcperform.com. Arc will confirm who you are and answer within 45 days of your request, and may extend that once by 45 days with notice and the reason. Deletion is done within 30 days of confirming who you are, and Arc tells the services above to delete too. Backups expire within 90 days. If Arc refuses, reply to the answer to appeal, and Arc will answer the appeal in writing within 45 days and tell you how to contact your state Attorney General if it still refuses.
Changes
If Arc wants to collect a new kind of health data, use it for a new purpose or share it with someone new, it will ask for your consent first.
