Refund and cancellation policy

Your free trial
Every plan starts with a 10-day free trial. Arc takes your card at sign-up and charges nothing until day 11. Arc reminds you before the first payment, by email, by push if you have notifications on, and on Today. Cancel any time in the trial and you pay nothing. The trial is once per person; a returning athlete pays from day one.
What you pay after the trial
- Every 4 weeks: $14.99, charged every 4 weeks (13 times a year), until you cancel.
- Yearly: $149.99, charged once a year, until you cancel.
- Founder year (the first 500 members): $99.99 a year, for as long as the subscription runs without a break. It covers Arc's training plan; any paid add-on offered later costs extra.
How to cancel
Account > Membership > Cancel membership, in the app or on the web. You can also email support@arcperform.com. If Arc shows you an offer when you cancel, the Cancel button stays on the same screen and Arc asks once. Arc never makes you give a reason or talk to anyone.
What happens when you cancel
Your plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Arc emails you a confirmation. A canceled founder year ends for good: the founder price cannot be taken again.
Refunds
- Every 4 weeks: no refund for the current 4 weeks.
- Yearly and founder plans: if you cancel within 14 days of a yearly charge (the first one or a renewal), Arc refunds it in full. After that, no partial refunds.
- If you were charged by mistake, or charged after you canceled, Arc refunds it in full.

Notice before a yearly renewal
Yearly and founder members get an email between 15 and 45 days before each renewal, with the price and how to cancel. Every member gets at least one email a year confirming the plan, the price and how to cancel.
Price changes
Arc gives at least 30 days' notice of any price change. A price increase applies to you only after you agree to it, or, where the law allows notice instead, after a window of at least 14 days in which you can cancel. The founder price does not change while the subscription runs without a break.
