How to reach Arc, and the things you can do yourself.

Your account
- Delete your account: Account > Privacy > Delete your account. It removes your data and cannot be undone.
- Get a copy of your data: Account > Privacy > Export.
- Cancel your membership: Account > Membership > Cancel membership. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what happens next.
- Change your password, your name, your units or your connections: Account.
Reporting content or a squadmate
On the Squad tab, open a squadmate's row and choose Report, or report a wall post from the post itself. You can also block a squadmate there. Reports go to Arc and are acted on; the person reported is not told who reported them. Anything urgent, email support@arcperform.com with "Report" in the subject.
Copyright complaints
Send a notice meeting 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) to Arc's designated agent at support@arcperform.com.
